If there’s a problem with your order, I’ll fix it.

Because each shirt is made to order, I can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact me within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

FAQ

What shirt blanks do you use?
I use Bella + Canvas unisex t-shirts for their fit, fabric quality, and consistency.

How do I choose the right size?
These are unisex sizes. If you prefer a looser fit, size up. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually safer.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
No. Because items are made to order, exchanges aren’t available for sizing or colour preference.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery times depend on your location.

Where are the shirts made?
Shirts are printed to order using a print-on-demand service. Production and shipping locations vary by region.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Will the print fade?
With normal care — cold wash, inside out, low heat or air dry — prints should last well.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
